1 Introduction and Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are issued by ns8, an online gaming platform operating under a recognised licence and offering services to users in Malaysia. This document governs all aspects of ns8 platform use, including slot games, Live Casino, sports betting, e-sports betting, bonus promotions, and all related services provided through the ns8.vin website and our official mobile app.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ns8. Opening more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details provided, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, will be used for identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. ns8 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as an ID card, bank statement, or proof of address to verify your identity.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Ns8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, cheating, or illegal activity is detected.
• Member has violated any term outlined in this document.
• Member failed to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, ns8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and pending winnings associated with the fraudulent activity.

9 ns8 Liability Limits

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of ns8 to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
